About the position
We offer a fun job with interesting and challenging tasks, where you will be proactive together with your colleagues. You will belong to a team of case officers where you will partially work in teams and exchange ideas with each other. There are three different case officer groups that have different main focuses. Each group is led by a group leader. There is also a planning team that supports the case officer groups.
The case management is based on applicable legislation, case law, and politically decided guidelines that form the basis for our work. You will work on delegation and be responsible for the entire case management process from the incoming application to the notification of the decision.
In addition to case management, dialogue with the citizen and other administration related to the tasks is included. We work in various IT systems, and case management is done digitally.
Your work will also include evaluating our processes, being involved in evaluating and improving our working methods, and developing routines and guidelines based on that.
Examples of tasks:
- independently manage applications and make decisions according to delegation
- communicate with guardians via phone and email
- collaborate with internal and external partners
- other administrative tasks related to the work area
